Social Media Ego Stroke

So for the first time my name actually appears as a search recommendation in Googles Search Box as shown below.

After 15 years of web dev, online businesses, countless articles and numerous forum posts my name has never surfaced. Then again, I never attempted to promote my name. Then with only a couple months using social media it's there. An ego stroke or good use of promotion? I guess that all depends upon the person.

Before I hear it from everyone, yes I know 161,000 results, yours is bigger than mine.
